My story

Hi there! My name is Button, and I’m looking for my forever lap! You might be wondering how a sweet little pug like me ended up looking for a new home. Well, I’ve had a bit of a rough start. I was found on the side of the road by animal control—ouch! They think I might’ve been hit by a car, but don’t worry, I’m one tough cookie! I didn’t break any bones, just had a few cuts that needed some stitches and some medicine. Now I’m all healed up and feeling better than ever! I’ve been staying with a wonderful foster family while I recover, and let me tell you—I’ve been the best house guest. I get along great with other dogs, cats, kids, and even the weird little critters my foster mom has (I think they’re called chickens and those really big ones called horses?). I’m house-trained, polite, and I give the best snuggles in town. What I really want now is a family to call my own. I’m dreaming of a cozy lap to curl up in, a human to follow around the house, and someone to gaze at with my big, soulful pug eyes. I promise to be your loyal little shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your biggest fan. I’m already spayed, up to date on all my shots, and microchipped—so I’ll never get lost again.
