Chimi

My story

Chimi is a very fun-loving 3 month old brown tabby kitten who recently came to Heartland from Chicago Animal Care and Control along with his brother Changa. Chimi is a daredevil! He loves jumping and running up and down the stairs and he is so smart, calculating his jumps to catch his toys or steal food, getting on tall beds or dressers, and stealing his brother's toys or food. He is protective of his brother, often grooming him or asking for food for him. He is so confident in himself- he will explore and trust super easily. He will not do what he does not want to do- like cuddling. Chimi hates being restricted or held (unless he asks) he will climb on your lap and cuddle when he wants, under his terms. He is also good with kids! (He will allow his foster's little sister to pick him up and give him head kisses, cuddle him in her lap to watch movies, and sleep at her feet, even if she wiggles around at night. Every night both brothers will go to sleep together cuddled up. Chimi is up-to-date on his FVRCP vaccines. Chimi has not been neutered yet but it is important to us that all of our animals are fixed and so we ask that you put down a $100 refundable deposit while we schedule a time to neuter this sweetie. We will schedule, transport and ensure he is neutered and then refund you your deposit once completed. He is currently staying in a lovely foster home.
