My story

Venus is a stunning 4-year-old tuxedo cat with the most beautiful green eyes and a heart full of love! She’s a classy girl who enjoys all of life’s little luxuries—being brushed, lounging in a sunny window, and napping on your lap are some of her favorite pastimes. Venus is also a playful sweetheart who loves chasing bouncy balls, batting at rope toys, and showing off her moves on the scratching post (especially when catnip is involved!). Once she’s comfortable, Venus adores being picked up and cuddled, and she’s always up for a few treats as a reward for her affection. Venus is happiest being the queen of her castle—she thrives as the only pet in the home, with all the love and attention focused on her. All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
