At just 2 years old and 40 pounds of floppy-eared charm, Cooper is the life of the party wherever he goes! This happy, outgoing Basset Hound loves everyone he meets — dogs, kids, and new friends alike. Cooper is a true gentleman on leash and knows his manners at home — he’s kennel trained, housebroken, and always eager to please. His cheerful personality shines brightest when he’s the center of attention, whether that’s soaking up belly rubs or showing off his signature Basset smile. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Cooper is ready to wiggle his way right into your life (and your lap)!
