My story

Newt / Female / 9 Weeks / Northern Mix / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: Yes / Location: Welland 📍 Meet Newt! This spunky little girl is fostered with her sister Otter, and the two of them love to play, play, play! Newt is always in the middle of the fun, whether it’s a wrestling match with her sister, a game of chase with the family cat, or zoomies with the resident dogs. She would do wonderfully in a home with a dog savvy cat or playful canine friend. Newt is full of personality and a little bit of mischief, in the best way! She’s curious, clever, and always sniffing out something new. She’s known for her funny little quirks, like hiding one shoe just to keep you guessing. Brave and bold, she’s often the first to explore, showing off that classic husky spirit. She’s very food motivated, smart, and quick to learn, though she’ll always appreciate a gentle reminder to mind her manners. She’s doing great with her training and will thrive with continued guidance and structure as she grows. Newt is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. She’ll be ready for spay through one of our partner clinics once she’s 6 months old. This playful, brave, and oh so lovable girl will keep you laughing and fill your home with joy! https://forms.gle/hS8Npje54AuscXWY9

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Newt, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
