My story

**Our team and foster families are taking some much-needed family time! We’re on fall break and will not be responding to texts, emails, or applications until October 18. You’re welcome to submit an application in the meantime, but please know that we won’t be in touch until we return.** At West Valley Animal Rescue, we do things a bit differently. While many rescues take days to respond or never reply at all, we move fast. The application (link below) is the first step and helps us confirm that you and your household are a great fit. Once you submit it, text us right away. Tempo is a spirited little boy with a personality as bright as his name suggests. He loves to play chase with other dogs, romp around with kids, and then flop into your lap when he’s all tuckered out. This happy-go-lucky boy is also gentle around cats and gets along well with everyone he meets. Tempo is still learning the ropes with crate training and potty training, but he’s curious, smart, and ready to show off just how quickly he can figure things out. His silly antics and joyful energy make him the kind of pup who keeps life exciting, while his sweet cuddles remind you he has the softest heart. Tempo is searching for a family that’s ready for laughter, love, and a best friend who will always brighten their day. Tempo’s adoption donation includes his age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, neuter, microchip, collar and leash. Apply below to adopt Tempo. We are a foster-based rescue with homes mainly in Goodyear and Buckeye. If approved, you’ll meet a volunteer or foster family at a local pet store we partner with or at a foster home for adoption.
