My story
TC is a very affectionate kitten who absolutely loves people. He loves the doggies that live in the foster home. He is a vocal guy and will talk to you for attention. Oddly at times he thinks he is a parrot and will perch right on your shoulder. If you get him a feather stick wand, he will agree to come live with you and love you forever,
