My story

Hello! My name is Bobbi! I am as sweet as pie but had a hard start to life. Because of that, I’m eager to join a home that has experience raising a teenage pup, like myself, as well as experience with large breed dogs. I can be sensitive about handling or unpredictable touching. I look forward to living with humans who are eager to do daily training with me to help me build my confidence. I would do well with a playful dog in the home and might benefit from a well-rounded, confident adult dog to show me the ropes of life! MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers may be ok. No young children given my sensitivities around touching.OTHER DOGS: Yes, please! A playful, confident dog would be great!CATS: Potentially, with a cat confident around an exuberant pup!FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: No, I will benefit from a home with large breed puppy experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Recommended given my energy and size.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: Homes with yard preferred.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily but given my age I wouldn’t be a suitable match for a home that would need to leave me for full workdays. SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium-high.HOUSE-TRAINED: Working on it! I will still require frequent outings and training in this department.
