My story

Meet Iso! He is a 6-month-old, 6-pound Domestic Short Hair with a curious spirit and a social personality. This little guy loves exploring new spaces, making friends, and never says no to mealtime! Iso is wonderfully patient with children and enjoys being part of the action, whether that’s playtime or cuddle time. He’s the perfect mix of playful and easygoing, making him a great companion for a family or anyone looking for a friendly, affectionate cat. Iso is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY. He is ready to find his forever home—could it be yours? Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization. Iso's adoption fee is $200; to adopt a pair of kittens, the combined adoption fee is $325. To adopt this pet, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
