My story

Meet Mochi!About:Mochi came to the shelter as a stray, though you wouldn`t know it from her confidence! This lovely lady is the queen of her cat room and enjoys looking down upon her neighbours from her cat tree. She`s got all the makings of a lap cat and enjoys lots and lots of attention from the shelter staff and volunteers! Mochi is a lovely lady, but she still has enough personality to keep things interesting. She`s not a huge fan of being picked up -- since she`s a princess and can walk on her own, thank you very much -- but is always happy to jump up onto laps on her own. Ideal Home:Mochi`s ideal home would be relatively quiet with one or two people who are looking for a clingy lap cat to spend their days with.If you are interested in meeting this lovely lady or have any questions, please fill out an online adoption application, send an email to info@hskl.ca expressing your interest, or stop by the shelter during our open hours.
