My story

Say hello to Louisiana. Hailing from the state she's named after, Louisiana had a challenging start to love down south. A stray cat who gave birth to kittens when she was essentially a kitten herself, she's had to navigate a lot of stress in her first year of life. Now that she's in a safe and quiet shelter, we're seeing her trust in humans grow just a little bit every day. She's cared for her kittens with true love and compassion, but now they're ready to be adopted themselves. Louisiana now has the chance to be cared for, instead of caring for others, and boy does she deserve it! She will need some time to adjust to new settings, but it is clear that in time she will be a lifelong companion anyone would be lucky to have!
