My story

MEET FRANKY!! Franky is full of life and love! He loves to play, loves to cuddle, go on walks/runs, and and hangout with you. He's a goofy boy, but very obedient. He's already leash trained and knows basic commands!!  Franky loves to lounge, he will even watch TV with you! He is fully housebroken AND crate trained! He likes to chase birds and catch flies. He responds quick to commands and learns quickly...and would do great with someone interested in teaching him new commands, tricks and skills.  He enjoys playing with water from a hose, but not yet sure how he feels about actually swimming in a pool. Franky hasn't yet had any intros with other dogs, but did have some reactivity while in the shelter (though interpretation is difficult as it's significantly stressful in a shelter environment). So intros will need to be done slowly and properly. No intros with cats yet, so that will be an unknown until intros can be done. Given Franky's insecurity with men, we believe that a home with no kids would also be best, as we are unsecure how that would affect his stress or confidence levels. Franky is nervous around men and will do best in a home with women. He does have some instances of insecurity/lack of confidence, so a dog savvy adopter who is more experienced will be best.
