My story

Currently in a vancouver foster home from foster mom: Haeun is doing ok and we really love having him around ❤️ He has started to come out of his shell in the apartment and loves playing with his toys (by himself 🤣). He will also let us pet him now - and I think it starting to see that it can be nice. Outside he is quite nervous of people/ dogs/ loud noises. So we have been sticking to quieter routes near home when possible. He walks really well on the lead when he's feeling confident though and doesn't seem to be showing any prey drive (doesn't want to chase squirrels, cats etc). We've also had no indoor accidents and he is very good at going to potty outside 😊 - Hi, I’m Haeun! 🐾 I’m an 11kg terrier mix boy with a golden, fluffy coat that shines just like my personality (once you get to know me!). At just 6 months old, I’m still a puppy — curious, learning, and growing every single day. This is such an important time in my life, and all I really want is a loving home where I can feel safe and blossom. I’ll admit — I can be a little shy when I’m in a new place. But don’t let that fool you! Once I feel safe and learn to trust you, I become a total sweetheart. I’ve got a heart full of love, and I’m not afraid to show it — with cuddles, tail wags, and lots of puppy charm. Thanks to my time at a training center, I’ve already made great progress! I used to run away from people, but now I’m learning that humans can be kind and gentle. I even go up to them on my own to say hello! That’s a pretty big deal for me. If you choose me, please be patient and let me come to you at my own pace. I promise, once I feel comfortable, I’ll be your most loyal and affectionate companion. You’ll see a whole new side of me — playful, trusting, and totally devoted. Because I’m still a pup, I’ll need your guidance. I’m working on my potty training, so a consistent routine would really help me. I’m also getting the hang of walks — I enjoy them! But new places can still be a bit scary, so using a double leash is super important to keep me safe while I gain confidence. I’m a quick learner, and if you show me love, kindness, and patience, I’ll give you my whole heart. I’m ready to find my forever home — a place where I can grow up with love, feel secure, and be the golden light in someone’s life. So… what do you think? Could we be each other’s forever?
