Meet Pistachio! Born on April 9th near the Kohl’s in Pleasant Hill, this sweet boy had a rough start—rescued with his siblings after their mama was abandoned. But don’t worry, Pistachio has been living the good life in a loving foster home ever since, and he’s absolutely thriving! Pistachio is the ultimate lapcat. After a good morning zoomie session, he’ll find your lap (especially if you're working from home!) and settle in for a long, cozy nap. He’s playful and curious—big fan of springs, fuzzy balls, toy mice, and wand toys. He’s also got a soft side: he loves snuggling with his foster buddy Minnie Alba, who grooms him… though sometimes their snuggles turn into epic wrestling matches! One of his cutest quirks? If he’s racing around and suddenly realizes he’s lost track of you, he’ll meow his little heart out until he hears your voice—then dash right to your side.  Confident, affectionate, and great with other cats (once he gets a few days to say hello properly), Pistachio is looking for a home with a playful feline friend. If you don’t have one yet, he recommends Minnie Alba or MacFluffers—his current BFFs. (Or hey, maybe both?) He hasn’t met dogs yet, but with a gentle intro, this friendly guy would likely charm them in no time. Pistachio is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and healthy—ready to pounce into your heart and home.
