My story

Hi, my name is Pompeii…would you like to see my belly? Pompeii (Po) is a six-month-old male purr monster who is endlessly affectionate and snuggly. His motor runs nonstop, and he lights up the moment he sees you. This sweet boy thrives on human attention—curling up beside you, melting into your arms, giving the best nose to nose nuzzles and may even join in on your Zoom meetings by curling up on your lap. Po is the best of both worlds: he’s super playful and curious, yet also independent enough to keep himself entertained when you’re busy. He’ll happily let you hold him like a baby, showering you with affection in return. Pompeii would love to be adopted with his sister Rorschach (Ro)—they are the most complimentary pair!—but he could also be happy as a solo kitten, since he craves people-time more than anything else. Po is used to being cuddled by children and easily adapts to new environments. Not ready to commit forever? Pompeii is in need of a Foster home, and we are also open to Foster to Adopt set-ups! Pompeii is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, negative for FeLV/FIV, has been treated for parasites, and is ready to purr his way into your heart and home!
