Lucky

My story

Lucky & Barry are not siblings but were united at a very young, about six weeks old and are now about 4 months old. Lucky & Barry are BONDED and MUST be adopted together. They both had a very sad beginning to their life; Lucky was found in a dumpster crying her eyes out. She was emaciated, her eyes sealed shut with infection, it was a horrendous site. Luckily a Good Samaritan found her and brought her to safety. Barry was born in a commercial area, in a body car shop. His Mom is a feral kitty that was being feed but no one spayed her, and she gave birth to Barry. Sadly, all of Barry’s siblings passed away. Someone at the Body car shop reached out for help and that is when Lucky & Barry and his Mom were united and foster by someone who nursed them all back to health. Sadly, the Momma kitty was not adoptable so after Lucky & Barry were strong and healthy enough, the Momma kitty was spayed and released into the body car shop were the workers will continue to care for the Momma kitty and the other street kitties. Barry is the energizer bunny, he wants to play, jump, and climb all day long. He loves to use the scratching post. He has no favorite toys; you can put a bottle cap or cat toy and he will play with everything. Lucky is Barry’s shadow; she follows him everywhere and will do everything he does. Once they are both exhausted, they will curl up next to each other for a little kitten nap. Lucky & Barry will provide endless entertainment and love. While they love to play nonstop, they are also very affectionate. They loved to be picked up and be cuddled and petted. The minute their foster walks into the room they are staying at, they run towards her to get all the love she has for them, which is a lot. They will make a great addition to any family. Lucky only likes dry food and she is currently eating Iams Kitten dry food. Barry eats both dry and wet. He is also eating the Iams Kitten dry and he is eating Friskies wet chicken pate.
