My story

*ADOPTION PENDING* Introducing Tetris! She came to us from animal rescue corps as part of a backyard puppy mill bust. At the time of the bust this pup was only a day or two old- thankfully not having to endure the conditions there. All the puppies are very happy and sweet – typical puppies, though. Active, inquisitive, and not trained at all. They will need committed adopters who will be able to put the work into potty training, crate training, leash training, and socialization. Applicants must commit to taking the puppy to a beginning obedience class. A fully refundable deposit of $50 will be collected in addition to the adoption fee. Refunds will be issued upon providing proof of completion of training. Please note- the training isn’t all about the skills learned in the class and we are aware many people are very skilled at training their own pets, but it is about the entire experience, exposure and socialization. Tetris' adoption donation of $650 includes her spay at our vet (when she is old enough), age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, fecal test, microchip and registration, harness, leash, and collar, along with 2 months of heartworm prevention. Adopters must live within a 1 hour driving distance from Romeoville, IL. Reference checks, vet checks, and home visits required. We do not do same-day adoptions.
