My story

Wendy is a playful 4-year-old pup weighing 8 pounds. She was rescued from the streets of the Rio Grande Valley, and now she’s safe and ready for a forever home. This delicate little Chihuahua may only weigh 8 pounds, but her love is anything but small. With a gentle soul and a quiet charm, she’s happiest curled up in your lap, soaking in the warmth of companionship. She’s not here for drama—just snuggles, soft blankets, and the occasional treat. Whether you’re reading a book, watching TV, or just enjoying a peaceful moment, she’ll be right there, content to be your shadow and your comfort. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t need much—just a lap to call her own and a heart to love her back. Adopt this pint-sized cuddle bug and discover the joy of unconditional love, one snuggle at a time. Wendy is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and her adoption fee is $325. A meet and greet can be arranged with an approved application. Wendy is located in our rescue in Hondo, Texas.
