NAME: Olivia Age: 4 years Breed: Mexi-Mix Sex: Female Weight: 10 lbs Location: Rice Lake, ON area Adoption fee: $600.00 Spayed/Neutered: Yes Leash trained: Work in progress House trained: Yes Kids/Cats/Dogs: Yes, dogs, cats unknown, children 6+ Vetting: Up to date on all vaccination, sterilized, microchipped, 4dx tested: negative for Heart worm. Currently on flea/tick/heart worm prevention, dewormed and vet checked before arriving. Medical Issues: Had spine surgery but is completely healed. Comes with 4 weeks free pet insurance (after initial vet visit) Meet Olivia – the little chihuahua mix with a big heart! Olivia is a resilient and joyful girl who has bounced back beautifully after major surgery to her spine (hit by a car) —you’d never know she went through it. She’s fully house-trained, well-mannered, and used to home life. She knows her basic commands like sit, stay, and come and loves to show off her happy little prance on walks. This social sweetheart is fantastic on leash, great in the car, and enjoys both playtime and quiet time. She’ll happily retreat to her crate for a nap or curl up in her comfy bed. Olivia prefers small meals throughout the day and truly thrives on routine. She’s wonderful with other dogs, though she takes her time warming up, and she’s even good with toddlers. Olivia isn’t prey-driven—she ignores chickens and ducks—but will give chase to cats unless reminded not to. (Fostered on a farm) Full of love, energy, and personality, Olivia would fit into almost any home. All APM dogs are UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, dewormed, Heart worm (4dx snap) tested and arrive with a health certificate. They come to adopter with a harness, a collar and two leashes for safety. NOTE: The above description is relevant to this dog in its current and previous setting. Home changes and adopter personalities can bring out different behaviours not previously seen. We also do not claim or suggest that our dogs are hypo-allergenic or that they shed/do not shed.
