Notty, our adult German Shepherd, was safely caught on the lower bank bridge by a kindhearted Good Samaritan 💙 That’s how he earned his name “Notty” – short for nautical ⛵. Unfortunately, no owner ever came forward for Notty, and we made all the appropriate reports.
