Oscar may be tiny in size, but don’t be fooled—this little guy has a big personality and an even bigger heart. Found as a stray, Oscar spent the beginning of his life without the comfort or stability every dog deserves. But now that he’s safe in our care, he’s soaking up all the cozy beds, warm blankets, and human attention he can get.At just one year old, Oscar still has lots of young energy and curiosity. He loves being outside and walks very nicely on a leash—ears perked, tail high, trotting right alongside you. Indoors, he’ll happily curl up into the world’s cutest little ball, especially once he’s gotten some snuggles and attention from his favorite humans.Oscar has a roommate, Astra, and they get along wonderfully, so he may enjoy living with another small dog. He’s not as keen on bigger dogs—can you blame him when they tower over him? He’d likely prefer a home where he`s either the only dog or has a similarly-sized companion. He’s also got a great little bark that he’s not shy about using when people walk by his room, especially in the busy morning hours—he just wants to say, `Hey! Over here! Come love me!` But once the morning rush is over, he settles down and relaxes into his comfy routine.Oscar may need some help with potty training in his new home, but with patience and consistency, he’ll get the hang of it. He’s smart, alert, and ready to learn. What Oscar wants most is what he’s been missing—comfort, consistency, and a family to call his own. If you`re looking for a small dog with a big heart and even bigger cuddles, Oscar is waiting for you
