My story

Meet Woori!   Name: Woori Age: 2 years Sex: Spayed Female Breed: Terrier Mix Color: Brown & White Weight: 11 kg Height: 44 cm (shoulder height) Rescue Story: Rescued from a city shelter where she was at risk of euthanasia.   Personality & People Skills   Woori is a friendly, affectionate girl who happily approaches both familiar and unfamiliar people, leaning in for pets and attention. She loves men and women alike. Although she hasn’t met children under 13 yet, her gentle, people-loving nature suggests she would do well living with them. She is comfortable being picked up with both arms under her belly and even shows her tummy to new people — that’s how trusting she is!   Dog Sociability   Woori enjoys other dogs but has a playful, mischievous streak. She likes to “test the waters” when meeting new dogs — checking if they’re gentle playmates or strong personalities. • If the other dog seems friendly, she plays happily. • If they’re too pushy, she backs off. • If the other dog runs away, she finds the chase amusing and will sometimes follow.   Because of this, first greetings with unfamiliar dogs should be supervised. She may bark to shoo other dogs away when she wants to keep her person all to herself.   Cats   Her reaction to cats hasn’t been tested yet, but a cat test can be arranged if needed.   Energy Level   Medium. Woori loves playing with dog friends and enjoys outdoor adventures. When she’s just with people, she’s calmer and more relaxed.   Walks & Outings   Woori loves going out and may get a bit excited, sometimes pulling toward where she wants to go. She responds well to guidance, though. She’s even been to a busy shopping mall and handled the experience like a champ — calm and well-mannered!   Other Notes • Resource Guarding: None — she does not guard food or treats. • Separation Anxiety: None, but she dislikes being confined in a crate. When tired she will settle down and rest, but at times she may bark or scratch to get out. • Potty Habits: Currently outdoor-trained.   Woori would thrive in an active home where she can enjoy regular walks, playtime, and lots of love.   Interested in adopting Woori? Send us a message — we’d love to help you meet your perfect match! Send in your application through our website!  Please also check out her post on our Facebook or Instagram. Currently in Korea – available for adoption overseas (Canada/USA) ##2516937##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Woori, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
