My story

Hi, I’m Bella – a 7-year-old, 58-pound Shepherd mix with a gorgeous tan and black coat and an even prettier heart. 💕 I’ve got the full résumé of a dream dog: I’m house trained, dog friendly, cat friendly, AND good with children. Basically, I’m the pup who can blend right into just about any family. I’ll admit, I’m a little confused right now – my family moved out of state and couldn’t take me, so here I am, waiting for someone new to love. But don’t worry, my sweetness is still shining through! I already know sit, shake, and down (yep, I’m a polite lady), and I’ll gladly show off my skills for a treat. 🐾 I’m not spayed yet, but I will be before going home. My shots are all up to date, and I’ve tested negative for heartworms, so I’m ready to pack my bags (a favorite toy and a big smile) and head to my forever family. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal, and slightly silly best friend, come meet me in cage 803 (ID#13544). Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
