Meet Destiny - A Gentle Soul Ready for a Second Chance Destiny is a young black-and-white German Shepherd mix with soft eyes and a tender heart. Rescued by RWR from a high-risk shelter in California, she’s been given a second chance at life—and now she’s quietly waiting for the right family to help her bloom. This shy girl is still learning the world is safe. In her foster home, she’s taking baby steps forward with the help of her dog siblings, who reassure her every day that it’s okay to relax, to explore, to just be a dog. She’s starting to walk on leash and gaining confidence with each outing, though the world still feels a little too big sometimes. Destiny will need a patient adopter—someone who understands that trust takes time and that healing can’t be rushed. But behind that fear is a happy, gentle girl who just wants to feel safe. The other dogs adore her, and we believe her forever family will too. She's fully vaccinated and ready for the quiet, loving home where she can finally exhale.
