You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Maw Maw: A Senior Beagle with a Heart Full of Love Maw Maw (AL) is a 10ish-year-old Beagle who was picked up as a stray and traced back to a breeder—who sadly refused to claim her. But Maw Maw didn’t let that rejection define her. She wandered onto the property of a kind family, where the children instantly fell in love and gave her the name that suits her perfectly: Maw Maw. Despite her age, Maw Maw still has plenty of pep in her step. She adores strolling through the yard, nose to the ground, tracking every scent like the curious little hound she is. She walks beautifully on a leash and is fully house-trained, always waiting to potty outside. Maw Maw is a gentle soul who’s wonderful with kids and other dogs. She’s patient, polite, and calm—an easy companion who fits right into any loving home. She already knows how to “Sit” and takes treats with the softest touch. Though she’s currently very thin, just skin and bones, her spirit is strong and her heart is open. Now, Maw Maw is waiting for someone to see her for who she truly is: a sweet, spunky senior with so much love left to give.
