Catty

My story

Catty is just as sweet as can be! Catty made the journey to Colorado where she was rescued by the Pet Association almost 2 months ago. She is about 10 months old and around 40lbs. She's a Catahoula mix and so very cute. Catty was rescued from a kill shelter in New Mexico. She was found as a stray and it was obvious she hadn't experienced much love. She was very nervous of people but she quickly came out of her shell. She gets very attached to her people and has built a lot of confidence from the other pups she's been with. She was adopted out for about a month, but they unfortunately were not able to continue caring for her. She does very well with other dogs, children and would likely do well with cats too. She is the sweetest girl and is a big cuddle bug. Catty has a great energy level - she would love to go for walks and play in a yard, but she is well-behaved and reserved when she needs to be. She does well on leash, is potty-trained, and would be a great addition to any family. Catty has been waiting to find her forever people, could that be you?
