My story

Meet Capri – Sweet Shyer Girl who needs to find her person! Capri’s story is heartbreaking—she and another pup, Callie, were witnessed being dumped,, and found in Eastern WA with their legs tied together, likely to keep them from running. But thanks to a loving foster home, Capri is proving that her spirit is unbreakable. Once she’s had a proper introduction, Capri warms up quickly to people and forms strong bonds with her “person.” She loves to be close, snuggling in for scratches at night. She’s smart, too—she knows “sit” and enthusiastically flops into a full “lie down” (starfish style!) when asked. Capri is incredibly easy to re-direct, listens well, and is generally quiet—barking only with good reason and stopping when told “quiet.” She’s still a young, athletic pup who enjoys romping in a yard, long walks, and even running on leash. She’d do best with someone who works from home or can spend plenty of time with her. A yard or spacious living area would be a bonus.
