My story

Meet Elyon! 🐾💙Elyon is an 11-week-old kitten with a shy but sweet nature. Though he may take a little time to warm up, once he feels safe, his gentle and loving personality shines through. Elyon enjoys quiet moments and soft petting, and he’s looking for a patient family who will give him the space and love he needs to come out of his shell.This little guy is ready to grow and blossom with someone who understands that the best friendships sometimes start slow.Come meet Elyon in person at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center—he’s waiting to find his forever home and a special someone to call his own!For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
