My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog Adoption:3We’re crushing hard on little cutie patootie Amaryllis. At 3 years old and 41 pounds, Amaryllis is an energetic, cuddly sweetheart who is also highly food motivated! She knows “sit”, enjoys games of fetch, and thinks she belongs in your lap. We’re inclined to agree. Amaryllis was initially shy and slightly worried in new situations. She was a bit stiff meeting other dogs at the shelter, and is still learning her doggy social skills. She could do well as your one and only, or perhaps with a well-matched dog.  September 17, 2025, 5:14 pm
