Thanks to some TLC and the right treatment for his allergies, Deacon has blossomed into a true beauty-inside and out.Deacon is the definition of a calm and grateful companion. He cherishes the simple joys in life: a cozy bed, a hearty meal, and, most importantly, the love and company of his human. While he's a little cautious around strangers, once he warms up, he'll reward you with endless purrs, gentle cuddles, and a quiet, steadfast presence. He's not a fan of being held, but he'll happily curl up beside you for pets and affection. And when it's playtime, this 1-2 year old cat's inner kitten comes alive-he's absolutely obsessed with cat toys, especially those bouncy plastic springs that keep him entertained for hours.Having endured a rough start in life, Deacon is now ready for a peaceful retirement. He's looking for an all-adult home with no dogs and a calm, serene environment where he can truly relax. While he's curious about other cats, he'd need a feline friend who's kind and willing to share their space.It's important to note that Deacon's allergies require him to be on a strict ZD food diet, which his adopter will need to commit to maintaining for his health and wellbeing.
