Whether he`s zooming around the yard or tossing toys in the air, this Staffy mix lives for playtime. He thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and enjoy the outdoors.While we don’t know much about his past, Tyee has shown great social skills with friendly female dogs and would love a home that can match his enthusiasm for life. Tyee weighs 50 pounds.Foster Report: I have had Tyee for the last week. He is a very good dog, but full of energy and a little too much for the household right now. He is good with food, younger kids, car rides, and will settle down when going to bed. He also loves to snuggle. He does get a little protective, at times. He would be great with an active family who can play with him all day, or someone who he can travel with or a single person looking for a dog who will help keep them safe. He walks better on a harness and does not try to slip out of it. He is somewhat picky with food and prefers dry food milk bones and loves bacon. He will never leave your side and follows you everywhere. Once he gets comfortable Tyee comes out of his shell. On HOT days he does love laying under water misters. I would NOT recommend Tyee for an older couple or anyone with walking issues as he is full of energy and stays on your heels. He does know how to shake, and sit. Tyee seems to be more comfortable around Men, but does warm up to women also. He just needs to meet that forever owner who wants a fun energetic loving dog that will snuggle by your side and keep you safe. All in all it has been a great time with Tyee.:
