My story
Meet Haggard, our friend from City of Raytown Animal Services! He is an adorable and very loving male shepherd mix, around three years old and 55 pounds. This great guy was removed with his buddy Merle after being found on a chain without food, water, or shelter. He is missing the tips of his ears due to the flies, but even after everything he's been through, all he wants is a person or family to love. Haggard has the best smile! And he's a smart boy--he's learning to sit for a treat and to gently take them. He's done well with other dogs, but has not been around cats while in the care of City of Raytown Animal Services.
