My story

Little Chenta joined us from Los Adoptables in Ensenada. She just had a dental and had all of her teeth removed so this little lass is now a toothless wonder. She is all of 4 lbs soaking wet, is sweet and easy going, and is ready to ride in your purse or even your pocket!Chenta likes to go for walks. She can walk faster than a human. She gets a 15 minute full-speed exercise walk every morning with maybe two potty stops, followed by a low energy potty walk. She is a social butterfly and has greatly enjoyed going to the Wa Wa meet-ups at Dusty Rhodes Park. She rides well in the car, loves to sun bathe and give kisses. Big bonus, nail trims are easy peasy!Chenta spends at least 2/3 of each 24 hour period in her bed, under her blanket. She is absolutely adorable when she peeks out from under her blanket. She sleeps quietly overnight but does still have wee hour accidents.She does not need much attention. She was initially very timid. She would back away, then submit. It may take time for her to be comfortable with her forever family. She doesn't bark very often. She has some respiratory issues during the walk with snarking, wheezing, gacking. She often slows down or stops until it passes. She must wear a harness for exercise walks, but a collar is fine for her potty walks.
