My story

Meet Queso! Queso is a buff-colored bundle of sweetness with the biggest heart! This little guy is truly grateful for the second chance he’s been given. As a tiny kitten, Queso was very, very sick—but thanks to the love and care of so many wonderful people, he’s now thriving and living his happiest life! Queso’s purr motor is always running, and his little raspy “old man” meow is absolutely adorable—it’ll make you smile every time you hear it. He loves to curl up in the fluffiest bed he can find for cozy naps, and when he’s awake, you can often find him perched on his cat tower, bird-watching with wide-eyed wonder. This sweet boy gets along great with other cats and doesn’t mind the dogs in his foster home. Because he was so sick when he was tiny, he sometimes still has a bit of eye drainage, but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. In fact, we’re just so thankful that his eyes healed well enough for him to see the world around him! He also gets a daily boost of Lysine as part of his diet to help support his immune system. Queso is the perfect mix of cuddly and playful, with a gentle soul that makes him extra special. He’s ready to find a forever family who will shower him with love and let him know every day how precious he is.
