My story

Say hello to Jack, a two-year-old, 47-pound German Shepherd/Husky mix who is as endearing as he is fluffy. Jack is a joyful, affectionate boy who is always ready for fun. He enjoys romping and playing, especially when toys are involved, but he’s equally content to lean in for snuggles and soak up affection. Jack has the kind of personality that makes him easy to love. He’ll brighten your day with his happy grin and wagging tail. Jack is a smart pup who responds well to training. He’s learning his commands and making steady progress with his leash skills. While he may get a little excited at first, he settles in and enjoys a good walk by your side. Jack has met other dogs, large and small, and has done well with them, making him a good candidate for a home with other canine companions. Jack’s adoption fee of $250 covers his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Jack and his brother, Herman, came to Home Fur Good together. Though they’ve shown that they’re comfortable apart, they are also available as a pair for $350—twice the love in one adoption!
