My story

How this pet arrived: Thor was brought in by their previous owner on 7/14/2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Thor is a friendly and outgoing Husky who's ready to find an active and loving home! As a Husky, Thor is a high-energy dog who will thrive with plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation. Thor tends to be possessive of his food, treats and toys so he's a no-dogs kind of guy. It would be best that he avoid off-leash venues like dog parks as well. This breed is known for its intelligence, independence, and love for adventure, so Thor will benefit from regular walks, runs, or hikes, as well as engaging toys and training to keep his mind busy. Huskies have thick double coats that require routine brushing to manage shedding, especially during seasonal changes. Thor would do best in a home that understands the needs of the breed and can provide structure, a secure environment, enrichment, and lots of companionship. He's sure to be a loyal and spirited addition to the right family! At SDHS:Thorn has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Thor is now ready for his new home!
