My story

Current Location: Street, MD Hello! My name is Cappuccino! Meet Cappuccino Cappuccino is a confident and playful 2-month-old mixed breed pup with a bright spirit and endless curiosity. At just 5 pounds now, she’s expected to be medium-sized when grown. With her adventurous nature and love of fun, she’s sure to bring plenty of energy and joy to her future family. Energy and Personality Cappuccino is curious about everything and loves to investigate her surroundings, often using her nose to track down interesting scents. Athletic and clever, she has already mastered climbing to the top of the slide in her kennel and will no doubt be hopping onto couches before long. She loves to rumble with her siblings, but she’s just as quick to redirect to a toy or snack when one is offered. Training and Behavior Like her sisters, Cappuccino is food and praise motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding. She’s already working on sit, drop, and off. When she gets nippy, she’s happy to redirect to a chew toy. She’s crate-comfortable, often snoozing with the door open, and is learning the basics of house training. With consistency and patience, she’ll grow into a well-mannered companion. Social Life Cappuccino is great with new people and dogs, and she thrives on play, attention, and interaction. Her confident and easygoing nature makes her a joy to have around, whether she’s exploring a new place or playing with her littermates. Best Home Fit This little explorer would thrive in an active home where she can get regular exercise, training, and mental stimulation. She’d do well in both apartments and larger homes, as long as her people are committed to keeping her safe and engaged. She’s still a puppy, so her family should expect the usual antics - a little chewing, some accidents, and lots of fun along the way. Veterinary Care Examined by a veterinarian for a health certificate Up to date on vaccinations for age (including three distemper shots) Will be spayed when age-appropriate Microchipped On heartworm preventative On flea and tick preventative Received worm and parasite treatments Spay/Neuter at one of our partner veterinarians is included in the adoption fee. Our partner veterinarians are located in Ashland, VA; Fredericksburg, VA; Mechanicsville, VA; Harrisonburg, VA; Manassas, VA; Davidsonville, MD; Waldorf, MD; Columbia, MD; Grasonville, MD; and Jonestown, PA (Cats only)

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cappuccino, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
