My story

Meet Ruby – Professional Fun-Haver Hi, I’m Ruby! I’m 10 months old, rocking my short sleek fur, and basically living my best kitten-teen life. My hobbies include: zoomies at 3 a.m., surprise pounces, and proving that literally everything is a toy if you believe hard enough. I’m friendly, I’m playful, and I’m 100% convinced the world revolves around me (spoiler: it does). Wanna play fetch? I’m in. Wanna snuggle? I’m in. Wanna watch me chase my own tail like it owes me money? Also in. Basically, if you’re looking for a sidekick with the energy of a toddler on espresso and the charm of a Disney side character—ding ding ding, you found me. This cat is available for adoption from Oceana County Animal Control. If interested, please call the shelter at 231-861-5395 and leave a message to be placed on this cat's adoption list. No obligation, but it reserves your place in line on the list. The shelter will contact persons in the order they are on the list. The adoption fee is $35 and you receive certificates for $25 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies if not already done.
