My story

Warning: This dog may cause double takes and awkward questions. Meet Bob. His fur grows in patches, his smile is more awkward than charming, and he might be related to Ed, the hyena from The Lion King. But here’s the thing: he’s unforgettable. People stop on walks to ask, “What is he?” and the truth is, we have no idea. What we know: he’s a loyal little shadow (mostly for treats). He’s shy, rough around the edges, and probably been through more than he can tell us. But he’s learning to trust. Bob is the the kind of dog that makes you laugh, shake your head, and somehow fall in love all at once. If you’re looking for a conversation starter, a sidekick, and a dog who will never be mistaken for anyone else’s, Bob is your guy. He desperately needs a home; someone who can see past the patchy fur to the one-of-a-kind heart underneath. Bob is available for adoption now.
