My story

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.In a land where magical winds whisper, Star, a charming 4 month old kitten, was guided to DPS Rescue by a gentle breeze known for leading lost treasures to safe havens. This breeze, a guardian of the forgotten, recognized Star's playful spirit and sweet nature, ensuring she found a place among caring souls. As Star awaits a family, her gentle purrs and friendly antics bring joy to all around her. She is super social and loving and would fit into to any home dynamic. She is what we call a 'Caliby', a calico and tabby mix, and her markings are just beautiful. She could join a home with another cat, cat savvy dog or kids. Her soulful personality wins everyone over immediately. Adopting Star means welcoming a bundle of love and enchantment into your home, where she promises to sprinkle a little magic every day. She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, flea treated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.September 3, 2025, 11:40 pm
