My story

Hi, I’m Popcorn! I’ve been waiting a long time, but now it’s finally my turn to shine! I’m a 3-year-old Hound/Lab mix, about 40 pounds. I’m housebroken, crate-trained, and I love going for walks and playing fetch. I get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids—and when I’m done playing, my favorite thing is cuddling up with you. I do need a special person, because my back legs healed a little funny after I was probably hit by a car before being rescued. Don’t worry—it doesn’t slow me down much! I’m a happy-go-lucky girl who loves life, but I’ll need to stay on the lighter side and take my daily Dasuquin (a joint supplement). Someday, I might also need Adequan injections or red light therapy to keep me feeling my best. Even with my little quirks, I’m full of love, joy, and snuggles.
