Purume

My story

** Current location: recently back to the shelter from a foster home in South Korea ** A mama dog and her four puppies, including Purume, were rescued in 2024 from an abandoned breeding site during the extreme summer heat. When found, they were surrounded by empty water bowls, dirty food dishes, flies, mosquitoes, and waste. Their eyes were crusted over and oozing, leaving them barely able to see, and they were also suffering from heartworm infection. • Personality: Calm, Food-lover, Friendly • Affinity with - Dogs: Good with other dogs - Cats: Tries to chase - Adults/Kids: Friendly with all people. Needs a little time to open up at first around strangers. • Walking Manners: Loves to go for walks. Shows a little high tension at the beginning, but calms down with "stay" commands. • Housetrained: In training for outdoor potty! • Bathing/Brushing: Very good. • Car Sickness: Rides well in the car. • Separation Anxiety: Zero. • Barks/Howls: None. • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies found so far. Good eater - easy to train her! • Shedding level (1~10): 1-2 • Likes/Dislikes: Loves attention and treats! • Health: a healthy boy!
