My story

** Current location: recently back to the shelter from a foster home in South Korea ** A mama dog and her four puppies, including Rany, were rescued in 2024 from an abandoned breeding site during the extreme summer heat. When found, they were surrounded by empty water bowls, dirty food dishes, flies, mosquitoes, and waste. Their eyes were crusted over and oozing, leaving them barely able to see, and they were also suffering from heartworm infection. • Personality: Playful, Positive, People-lover • Affinity with - Dogs: Good with other dogs - Cats: Not reactive to cats - Adults/Kids: Great with all people • Walking Manners: Loves people so much that instead of walking straight ahead, he tends to circle around and cling to his handler — but he’s getting better little by little. • Housetrained: Fully housebroken. Prefers outdoor potty. • Bathing/Brushing: Very good. • Car Sickness: Rides well in the car. • Separation Anxiety: Zero. • Barks/Howls: None. • Appetite/Food Allergies: Good eater. No allergies found so far. • Shedding level (1~10): 1-2 • Likes/Dislikes: Loves walkies and treats! • Health: fully recovered from heartworm infection!
