My story

A volunteer writes:You wonder what a nice guy like Marvin was doing all by his lonesome in a parking lot? Your guess is as good as mine. What we know is that Marvin is a very nice senior, a socialite who loves company, petting and is as hungry as a bear(see video). If you offer him high value treats, he will for sure sample them but will favor his guests who are the highlight of his day!. Marvin was clearly a house pet once upon a time and he dreams, dreams, dreams to be cared for and loved again...I think he was at some point as he is so starving for attention and interaction. He can play too. Catnip toys and feather wands send him on a dancing spree(see photos)! Marvin is a very dear character with some medical issues that we are attending to. He is at a point in his life where his care and well being need a giving person who loves and is comfortable with  elderly pets. Marvin is waiting at the Manhattan Care Center to meet this very special adopter .What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.I am a sweet, social, older gentleman, looking for the perfect forever home!Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!I am a cat that is in need of a lap!
