My story

Roulette arrived at CHA from our shelter partner, Gigi`s. When Roulette first arrived at Gigi`s, she was diagnosed with having demodex mange, although this condition is highly treatable and not contagious to other healthy dogs, it does give them a bit of a rough look due to hair loss. Roulette has improved immensely during her time at Gigi`s and her fur is growing back in nicely. She is the `Goldie Locks` of dogs, not to big and not to small. She is energetic yet can settle nicely after some exercise. Roulette is learning about basic manners and leash walking skills through reward-based training. She has done well meeting other dogs. Sometime she is a bit reserved with new people, but give her a few minutes and some tasty treats and she`ll be their new best friend. Roulette will likely remain a medium sized dog at full maturity with moderate energy levels. She is approximately 5 months old and weighs 33 pounds.
