My story

Meet Pei-Tato! This 1-year-old Shar-Pei mix may have started out a little rough around the edges, but just like a potato, with some love and care he’s turning into something truly wonderful. When Pei-Tato first came to us, he was underweight and had some skin issues, but thanks to medication, baths, and plenty of TLC, he’s looking (and smelling!) so much better. He’s a goofy boy with a puppy-like spirit who loves to play with anything he can get his paws on. Pei-Tato is housebroken, kennel trained, and currently working on his leash skills—he’s still learning that walks can be fun! Soon, he’ll be neutered and have corrective entropion surgery, which will let him see the world clearly, likely for the very first time. We can’t wait to see his personality shine even brighter.
