WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Bark Twain – A Dog's Tail (mine's always wagging!!) “Kindness is the language the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” – Mark Twain Well, I like to think I live by that every day… only with extra tail wags and puppy kisses! I’m Bark Twain, an 8-month-old pup who shouldn't get much bigger then my 50-55lbs, with the heart of an old soul and the joy of a silly, happy puppy. My foster says I’m one of the gentlest dogs they’ve met — I share my food, my toys, and my love without a second thought. I’m calm, steady, and oh-so-sweet, but I also enjoy running, playing, and splashing in the river like it’s my very own adventure novel. I walk beautifully on or off leash, come when I’m called, and take treats like the gentleman I am. My story so far: 📚 Medium energy — the perfect balance of play and peace 📚 Friendly with all dogs, big or small (and likely cats too, with introductions!) 📚 Great with kids and adults alike — a natural family companion 📚 Gentle, kind, and wise beyond my puppy months 📚 Loves water, zoomies, and cuddles in equal measure My mom was adopted and her family says she’s the “best thing since sliced bread or in this case...milkbones!! So, if you’re looking for a happy, loyal, adventure-loving pup to help write your next great life story, look no further — Bark Twain is ready to turn the page with you. 👉 Apply to adopt at haydudeequine.org and let’s write my story...right along side yours!!!
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bark Twain, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
