You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ocean came to us from the city pound when his stray hold was finished and no one had claimed him. He's an absolutely gorgeous mixed breed guy who appears to be around 2 years old. We think he's a shepherd/husky mix of some kind. He does have the long and lanky frame of some kind of sight hound, too. We do think that he is somewhat hearing impaired but will know more after we get him vet checked. He is already neutered so we just need to get him examined, vaccinated, and chipped. His fee is $125. Ocean is a happy guy who loves people and affection. He walks pretty well on a leash and loves to lean in for attention. He will need some regular brushing as he does have a thick, luxurious coat. He seems pretty well mannered. We do think he'd do okay with another well mannered dog but have no way of knowing about cats. We're thinking that he'd do okay with older kids.  NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
