My story

Zoel A17752762 lb. neutered male, approx 4 years old -Check out this handsome guy!-He’s goofy and a little derpy-He’s awkward and silly when chasing after toys-He is playful and sweet-He is also food motivated and takes treats gently-Still learning“sit”-He enjoys being close for pets but can be slightly timid at times. Cowers and slinks over for attention.-Gives small little kisses-Pulls quite a bit on leash but better with a harness-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper introsUnknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids •Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
