My story
I had a rough start (it was touch & go for a bit), but with all the help of my finders, vets, and fosters, boy have I come a long way toward winning in life. Like that hotshot rookie race car I’m named for, I love going faster than fast. Feisty & vocal, I’m full of purrsonality. When not racing, I hang with kitty & doggie pals. After playing & exploring, I cherish quiet time with a human friend. Under my flashy exterior, I’m just a gentle, cuddly kitten wanting snuggles. Lightning McQueen tested negative for FeLV and FIV, is neutered, microchipped for identification, and vaccinated for FVRCP. He recovered from a light case of panleukopenia (distemper). You can meet him at our adoption events from 2:30-5 pm most Saturdays at the College Station PetSmart on University (back by the cat litter).
